Certification and equipment rental costs included in all packages up to and including the PADI Rescue Diver Course.

PADI professional level application fees are payable directly to PADI.

      PADI Fees 2012 (payable directly to PADI):

      EFRI application: $86.50 usd

      OWSI application: $136.00 usd

      DM application: $89.50 usd

      MSDT per Specialty $ 51 usd x 5: $255.00 usd

      IE fee: $525.00 usd



 Standard Diver Equipment
  1. Fins, mask and snorkel;
  2. Buoyancy control device (BCD) with tank mount or separate backpack, and low pressure inflator;
  3. Primary regulator and alternate air source;
  4. Breathing gas monitoring device (e.g. submersible pressure gauge);
  5. Depth monitoring device;
  6. Quick release weight system and weights (if necessary for neutral buoyancy, or if required for skills practice);
  7. Adequate exposure protection appropriate for local  dive conditions;
  8. At least one audible emergency surface signaling device (whistle, air horn, etc.);
  9. Dive computer or RDP (eRDPML or Table).

(Standard Diver equipment included in the cost of all
Courses up to and including Divemaster, except for
submersible time monitoring device.)



Standard Instructor and Certified Assistant Equipment
Have all standard diver equipment plus:

  1. Time monitoring device;
  2. Compass;
  3. Knife/diver's tool (exception: where prohibited locally);
  4. Two surface signaling devices – one audible (whistle, air horn, etc.) and one visible (inflatable surface tube, flare, signal mirror, etc.);
  5. Dive flag – where required locally;
  6. Instructions for use for dive computer or RDP/eRDPML.

(Note: Divemaster candidates must have their own time monitoring device, compass, cutting tool and surface signalling devices.
Instructor candidates must have their own equipment, as listed above.)
